As you may know, breakfast is my favorite meal, I could eat breakfast food for every move.
Today I had:
Wheat toast with butter
Egg whites with mozzarella, onion, and green bell pepper
and of course,
Hope you’ll give this a try! Its yummy and healthy, Im not sure why egg whites are preferred but I found and article that says the yolks are full of extra carbs and cholesterol that you don’t need. Of course, it was from “Popsugar” so who knows if its real.
