We have been cooking more at home because we are all trying to get more healthy and I am trying to lose weight.

The picture above is a chicken wrap, the wrap is a whole wheat wrap, I don’t have anything against gluten.

What I put inside:

1 Small avacdo

Smoked gouda Cheese


Roasted chicken

Basil Hummus

I spread the hummus on the wrap and then put everything else on top and rolled it up! it comes apart easily but Im not a chef so I’m not sure how to get everything to stick.


I have recently fallen in love with these cookies, they are gluten free, nongmo, an organic! They taste great and my toddler loves them and they come in small bite size pieces so you’re not eating a ton of big cookies.
