Oven Roasted Veggies


                     I love to cook, and if you’re like me you prefer dishes that don’t have a ton or any meat at all in them. I like meals that are easy to cook and easy to clean up after, and for many families there is no time to cook so its great for anyone who needs a meal in a rush.

Here is the recipe:

4-6 red potatoes

1 small onion

2 Large carrots

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Dash of salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Dash of basil

Dash of thyme

1 tablespoon olive oil

1.) First you’re going to preheat the oven to 475 degrees

2.) Now, chop up all the vegetables and put them in a large mixing bowl

3.) Put all the seasonings and olive oil in with the vegetables and mix them together.

4.) Put a piece of parchment paper on a baking pan and then put vegetables on top, and cook for 20 minutes.

They will be really hot when they first come out, so its best to wait for a few minutes before serving them. Its a great dish for family get togethers, holidays, or just a fast dish for dinner.
